Sharing and Downloading a Report
Every finished report has its own link and a PDF download, so you can pass it to whoever will make the fixes.
Sharing by Link
- 1 Open the report
- 2 Click "Copy link" next to the report's address, or use the Share on X, LinkedIn or Email buttons
- 3 Anyone with the link can open the report - they do not need an account
Shared reports ask search engines not to index them, so they are not listed in search results.
Downloading a PDF
Click "Download PDF" on the report. The PDF holds the score, every check and your top fixes, plus the extensive audit if you have one. An extensive audit also has "Download fix pack (.md)": every fix, snippet and AI prompt in one Markdown file. Anyone who can open the report can download it.
Turning Sharing Off
- 1 Sign in and open the report from Reports
- 2 Click the "Shareable link" switch so it turns off
- 3 The link now shows "page not found" to everyone except you
Turn the switch back on at any time and the same link works again.
Reports You Ran Without an Account
A report run without an account can always be opened by anyone with its link. Sign in or create an account in the same browser and it moves into your account, where you can switch sharing off.
Deleting a Report
Deleting a report removes it for good, and its shared link stops working.
